Thundersister.com provides free shipping service Worldwide (exclude Customs duties or remote places).

Please Note:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


Processing Time
Our order processing commences upon successful payment processing. It's important to be aware that distinct items may be associated with varying processing timelines. Please take into consideration that the processing time for each product may differ.

It takes 2-3 days for stock wigs;
It takes 5-7 days for curly/wavy stock wigs;
It takes 5-7 weeks for customized wigs.

Subsequently, you will receive a tracking number via email for your reference and convenience.

Shipping time
We usually ship by FedEx International Priority service, shipping time depends on your location.

Africa: 7-10 business days

Flat Rate Shipping
Orders can't be delivered to PO. Box, Military bases（APO, FPO), US Territories (Guam, Northern Mariana Island).

Orders dispatched to international destinations outside of the United States may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your respective country. It is essential to note that we do not assume responsibility for any incurred duties or taxes. Sign for Delivery
Kindly consider opting for the 'Sign for Delivery' option as a prudent choice. While we diligently ship to the address provided in your order, please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any potential loss or misplacement if you choose to authorize the courier company to leave your parcel unattended in front of your door or within your courtyard without requiring a signature.


Multiple Items
Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.

We dispatch a tracking number via email within 24 hours following the shipment of your order.
