F.A.Q

Q: What type of hair is used for your lace wigs?

A: Our wigs are made from 100% Remy Virgin human hair. Both our 100% Remy hair and Virgin Remy collections feature cuticle-aligned hair, signifying the highest quality available in the market. Our Lace Wigs, Frontals, Closures, Weaving, and Bulk Hair are meticulously crafted using the finest Remy Virgin Hair. This Virgin hair is in its most natural and purest state, completely free from any form of chemical processing.

Q:How long does it last?

A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. Human Hair Lace wigs generally last anywhere from 3-6 months depending on care and how often you wear it. Virgin hair lace wigs generally last from 6 months to 1 year, also depending on care and use.

Q: What makes lace front wigs better?

A: Lace front wigs are budget-friendly and cater to the needs of most individuals, particularly those new to wig wearing. For beginners, understanding how to properly install and care for wigs can be a challenge, leading to incorrect wear and storage practices. Purchasing an expensive full lace wig that wears out within a few days can be disheartening and wasteful. Opting for a lace front wig comes with a relatively lower cost, providing ample opportunity for practice before venturing into other wig styles. While the distinction between lace wigs and full lace wigs is subtle, lace front wigs are known for their enhanced durability and cost-effectiveness.

Q: What type of frontal lace is best?

A: Among all lace materials, HD lace stands out as the superior choice. The three primary lace types are HD lace, brown lace, and transparent lace. HD lace is distinguished by its thinness and nearly invisible quality. Due to its thin texture, it seamlessly blends with your scalp, offering a perfect match to most skin tones. Brown lace is more suited for darker skin tones, as it has a noticeably darker color compared to HD lace. Transparent lace, on the other hand, is clear and nearly invisible, resembling air and water. For a natural-looking wig suitable for anyone, HD lace is the top choice. If desired, you can also apply foundation to the lace for a personalized touch.

Q: Are your wigs bleached knots?

A: YES, the knots have been properly bleached, ensuring a natural and realistic appearance, and contributing to the overall quality and authenticity of the wig.

Q.Does your wig have Baby Hair around the perimeter?

A: Yes, all of our wigs have baby hair.

Q.Can I dye or bleach my hair?

A: Only the Natural Color and #613 Virgin hair can be dyed or bleached. Any chemical processes should be performed by a professional or at least consulted with one. This purchase is an investment, and chemically altering the hair can potentially damage it. While our virgin hair can withstand coloring processes well, please exercise caution. Incorrect chemical alterations can damage the cuticle, leading to issues like fraying, breakage, dryness, and tangling. This, in turn, affects the overall look and feel of your hair. Chemical damage is irreversible, and we will not be held liable for any resulting damages.

Q: Can I restyle the human hair lace fronts?

A: Yes, you have the freedom to style your straight lace front wigs or wavy ones according to your preferences. Our 13x6 inch lace frontal wigs offer a deeper parting space, making it convenient for you to create the hairstyle you desire. These wigs are handcrafted for both breathability and comfort."

Q: Will the wave and curl pattern return after I straighten the hair?

A: Yes, the deep wave and curly pattern will return after you restyle the hair without any chemical treatment. However, please note that the curl may become slightly looser than its original state. Keep in mind that chemical treatments can impact the ability of the hair to hold its curl pattern.

Q: Does the straight hair wave up when being wet?

A: If it is silky straight, our answer is "Yes, it does". But after it is dry, the silky straight style will be back. The Yaki Perm Straight textures do not wave up when wet.

Q: Why is my hair getting tangled?

A: Hair tangling can result from factors such as dryness, the accumulation of oil and dirt, exposure to saltwater or chlorine, and infrequent combing (using a wide-tooth comb). Ensure you wash and condition your hair at least once a week, with twice a week being preferable. Consider using hydrating drops or seek advice from your stylist for additional assistance.

Q: Do you guarantee delivery time?

A: While we cannot provide an exact delivery time since the carrier manages your shipment, we will offer an estimated arrival window. We recommend placing orders at least three weeks in advance to allow ample time for processing and shipping.

Q: Do you accept custom wigs?

A: Yes, we accept custom wigs. It will take longer time to process custom wigs as your requests, please email us for more info.
